Weight Loss Week 7

Weight lost this week: 5.4 lbs
Total weight lost: 18.4 lbs

I did cheat somewhat as I drank wine last night but I wasn't too dehydrated when I weighed in, I think. And I've walked LOADS this week, doing around 3 miles each day.  I signed up for a 5K this week too. Bring it!

The crazy thing is, my jeans fit exactly the same as they did 18 lbs ago, which is very weird. Where has all the lost fat come from then? Am I going to completely lose my boobs and still have a belly? That'll be attractive!
